1. No Refund on Digital Products

All sales made on Digicraftiva.in are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Canva template bundles

  • E-books, planners, or worksheets

  • Online resources or design assets

  • Instant-access content

Once a purchase is completed, the customer gains immediate access to the files — therefore refunds are not possible.

2. Exceptions (Refunds Issued Only If)

We only consider refunds in the following rare situations:

2.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount.

2.2 Wrong Amount Deducted

If a payment gateway error deducts a higher amount than shown during checkout, we will process a refund for the extra amount.

2.3 Payment Completed but No Product Received

If:

We will send your product manually.
